We had the pleasure of working collaboratively with the homeowners to develop a design that not only looks amazing but also functions seamlessly with their lifestyle.
The Modern Farmhouse features an open concept kitchen, dining, and great room accentuated by a warming fireplace with a natural stone surround climbing two stories. The kitchen features a large pantry with custom-made cabinetry.
Beautiful accents and thoughtful additions are sprinkled throughout this home. The master bathroom has heated tile floors, a walk-in tile shower, and a large soaking tub. The basement is finished with a bedroom, an office, and a full bathroom. The large rec room with a walk-up bar area and an electric fireplace is the perfect space for entertaining. A large covered deck stretches across the back with a great view of the large trees lining the back of the lot. Two of our favorite accents the homeowners chose were the addition of shiplap on the walls leading up the stairs and an X-shaped drywall beam inside a coffered space featuring tongue and groove wood in the master bedroom.
