01 Introduction
Our initial step involves collaboration on lot selection, budget, home size, and design style. This also includes decisions on the timing and schedule for your new custom home.

02 Design
Once we established these initial pieces like lot and location, we’ll begin designing your new home. This begins with the development of the complete custom floor plan. If you can dream it, we can make it happen. Next, we’ll work on exterior elevations. Finally, we’ll develop beautiful interior finishes.

03 Schedule
With our design complete, we will develop a realistic timeline for the construction of your custom home. We’ll provide you with a schedule that gives you confidence in both the delivery date and the outcomes.

04 Process
Our construction phase starts with a groundbreaking ceremony in which you’ll be stand on the location of your future living room to take in the views. During the build, we’ll have regular milestone meetings and progress reports so you’re always informed and fully confident.

05 Move In
After all of your dreaming and planning, your custom home is ready. Prior to occupancy, a BIC team member will walk through your home to be sure everything is order and answer all of your questions.

06 Warranty
A custom home is a very important investment, and our goal is to be sure you’re confident in the results of our process. The BIC team will schedule both 1-month and 11-month warranty appointments.
