The Home Builders Association of Lincoln held its 74th Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, January 23 at the Country Club of Lincoln. At the event, Beau Daffer, BIC Custom Homes, LLC, was installed as President of the Association. Congratulations, Beau!

We recently finished up the Free acreage property in Bennett, Nebraska. Their objective was to create a classic craftsman farmhouse design, using modern aesthetics and functionality. Special, custom features like slate floors throughout, button switch lights, craftsman lighting features, vintage appliances, pocket doors, and old-school interior paneled doors, add charm and timeless style to this “new-old” custom home.
