We are now in the drywalling phase at the Leber home! This phase is fun for our home owners, as the home really starts to take shape at this point.

The BIC process has been tested and proven to give you confidence that your custom home will become all that you’ve imagined. We have regular milestone meetings, realistic timelines, and 1-month and 11-month warranty appointments.
